Refunds and Cancellations

Digital exam-series access
A paid Exam Series is a digital study service. Access begins after successful payment verification and lasts for the validity period displayed at checkout. There is no automatic recurring subscription.
When to contact us
Email support@varadhiprep.in within 3 days of payment if you were charged more than once, your successful payment did not activate the purchased Exam Series, or a verified technical issue prevented you from using the service.
Refund review
We review eligible requests after verifying the payment and account access. Duplicate payments and successful payments for which access was not granted are eligible for correction or refund. Before any paid mock test is started, an accidental-purchase request may be reviewed case by case.
When a refund is normally not available
A refund is normally not available after a paid mock test has been started, paid digital access has been used, the Exam Series validity period has ended, or the issue is outside Varadhi Prep's control. This does not affect any rights available under applicable law.
Failed or cancelled payments
If a payment fails or is cancelled, no Exam Series access is granted. Any debit reversal or settlement timing is handled by the bank, UPI provider or payment partner. Contact support with your payment reference if a completed payment is not reflected in your account.
Cancellation
Exam Series purchases do not renew automatically. You may stop using the service at any time; paid access remains available until its stated expiry unless refunded or restricted for misuse.
